Randolph & Dewdney Construction, Inc. began its venture in the construction arena in 1997. With the support of the local community serving as an increasing client base, this full-service construction firm is off to a great start.

RDC, Inc. has developed a wide variety of commercial projects, unique homes and award winning communities. In 2001, the Roots Cultural Festival celebrated RDC, Inc. as one of its "Successfull Business" honorees. This firm was also the recipient of the "West Atlantic Avenue Redevelopment Award" given by the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). The CRA recognized the outstanding contribution to the redevelopment of Southwest Thirteenth Avenue. What was once a blighted area, now serves as a vivacious community consisting of new single family residences.

RDC, Inc. was also recognized by the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce at their 2003 Annual Luminary Awards Gala. This event serves as a celebration of excellence in leadership.

RDC, Inc. has completed the construction of "Swinton Gardens", a quaint community located in Delray Beach. The development, with the assistance of the City of Delray Beach Community Improvements Division, Delray Beach CDC and the TED Center, is comprised of single family homes...all affordably priced for first time homebuyers.
