Randolph & Dewdney Construction, Inc. is a construction firm with extensive experience and expertise crucial to the success of any project. We possess a core management team with over 21 years of experience in the construction of affordable single-family homes, custom residences, commercial construction, renovations, tenant improvements and project management.

The construction and development team at Randolph & Dewdney Construction, Inc. has partnered with various not-for-profit entities to construct affordable housing subdivisions, as well as individual single-family affordable homes and commercial renovations.

Our firm has made a commitment to providing quality, efficient services to all clients. To achieve this, we have made a significant investments in both physical and human resources. All staff attends continuing professional education courses exceeding the standards set by the State of Florida and the requirements set forth in the construction industry. Our comprehensive continuing education program assures that staff members are technically qualified, experienced and responsive to the needs of our clients.

Currently, RDC, Inc. has partnered with Klewin Building Company of South Florida, serving as a Minority Participating Partner. RDC will work closely with Klewin and the School District of Palm Beach County to construct and renovate various institutions throughout Palm Beach County.
